You may recall an Anne some time back stating that TNG had been given major project status. On following up what this meant I was told it meant that a high level government exec within the Chief Minister's Office/Dept had been assigned to make sure that the TNG mount peake project was connected into the permit system. In short as I understood its how the project gets through the Approval system in a seamless manner. It places the TNG Mount Peake project top of mind.
