First time I have read the whole Executive Summary on TNG's website.. Very very good document.
Government will be jumping through hoops to get this project going......
NT Gov royalties $680,000,000 for current project life. NT Gov is going to do whatever they can to help fund the infrastructure required to get this going. If they chip in say $50,000,000 now they will reap the rewards.....

13.5 Royalties
Royalties were included in the financial analysis as being distributed to the Northern Territory government at the rate of 2.5% of the paid value of the three products (Table 11).
