Guys just adding abit more to the offended theory.

If you look at the siyi website regarding that december visit and the signing of the MO.

The articles states.

The whole world is mentioned.
Maybe just maybe we were so dumb as not to talk to siyi first regarding sending out these letters, all of a sudden Siyi receive one and think hang on a second we are your bosom buddies your major partner you go ans solicit funds from elsewhere (read USA) without coming to us first.

Thats no way to treat us and isnt very trustworthy etcetc

Now with our western culture we mighnt get offended but i can definetly see how they could.
Thats of course if the first point of not atlking to them took place.

I know ive said alot why i dont think its ip but another reason is i would hav ethought they would have wiped all reference to sbl off there web page.
