Harvett, I know my research in the past has not reflected what has happen but let me run this passed you.

In December, what if a user tried a product and it didn't work. These guys went back to the supplier and said, words to the effect, "I smoked some dope and the bl##dy thing doesn't work!

The supplier said, It should have, we have complied with all the specifications, including temp.
User, "Well how come it doesn't work"
User to Manufacturer: How did you send this stuff to us?
Answer: By courier.
User: Was it transported between the specified temp?
Answer: Batch recalled, red faces, workforce cut in half, element of doubt as to if the product works and real doubt on how they could get a conviction if they are unsure of the product.

Just my thoughts and useless research, but, maybe we are all geese, especially those trying to run a US manufacturing company that sells to China from Melbourne?
