Think you could be onto something Harv'...
Perhaps there was a case of (dare i say it) "Mexican stand off"

SiYi seeing we are getting desperate (low on cash) try to stall and get better terms .
SBN basically say rather than re-negotiate with you we will bring in a partner that would give us the funds to see out your stalling .(Because you have nothing else)
SiYi are now saying well without us what is your partnership worth ?(Because YOU have nothing else)

Where this leaves us now .not sure, however the 24+m traded Friday was interesting ...perhaps they are building a position....granted they would need considerably more but not too hard to imagine that sellers would still be out there ..Prof Z could be the key .(If he wasn`t already)
All speculation on my behalf...but i live in hope.
