That's possible gsw - but there are 2 reasons why that is not my preferred theory:

1. No explanation from SiYi in returning the product - which is inconsistent with all previous relations - including the events that followed the December QC problem

2. The web site is still up and unchanged nearly 3 weeks after the 5000 deviceds were delivered.
