I believe the letter expressing interest in a partner is the reason.
I hope its a favourable reason, as i simply cant see SiYi pulling away from Oraline IV after all this. Chucking a hissy fit would not only hurt SBN but SiYi's total operations from top to bottom.
Stolen IP or loop holes could be interesting also.
