TOL - generate peanuts considering their turnover - about 5 percent . They are a glorified trucking company . You could go out tomorrow and buy just about any trucking company you wanted for about 5 times earnings max ( and more likely X 2 times earnings ) - but Toll are are valued by the market at about 20 times .

Don't be fooled - eventually the smoke will clear. Thier beautiful graph of steadily increasing earnings is only maintained by the huge number of companies they have taken over ( about 50 -I think ) .

I'm betting that the ballon will burst soon - and the price will slip substancially as the market re rates this trucking company back to a more realistic earnings level .
