Check this out from the recent announcement:
" One Shortfall Placement Agreement for up to $500,000 is with a company associated with Dr Ting a director of the Company and accordingly shareholder approval will be sought at a meeting to be convened for February 2010"
Now, $500k into a small biotech with $8m cap from a director (or in this case a company associated with the director), is very significant. A real sign of confidence.
So... what is he confident about? Transgene payments, or VIR201 trial in Africa?
