I guess at age 78 and suffering for many years from spasmodic dysphonia, which affects her voice, Diane Rehm might well sound a bit grandmotherly. But she always has the knack of getting the best out of the panellists, and manages to accomodate all points of view, as she did here. I noted that Eli Lilly was the only pharma to respond to a request for an interview, and gave a sensible response; also that the cardiac connection was pretty old news. The problems probably arise mainly from ill-informed over-prescription. I'm sitting pat for now.
