I agree, I believe it has been oversold. I think it will jump up when they articulate a plan for the future. The market cap is $137m with sales of $111m and EBITDA of $24.8m and NPAT of $9.6m tells me it is under-valied. There is no doubt this hasn't been a well run business, but they have a strong Annuity revenue stream and net assets of $197m, although $60m of that is intangibles so they are definitely worth this valuation. They have cash in bank to ride out Covid storm and the strong annuity revenue means they will continue to move forward.
They need to announce their new CEO, and this can turn around.
