Actually a lie. I, like dillade, was turned off by the comment about 100% of profits should go to those that deserve it, and he meant shareholders. WTF have i done to get that money? I havent dug any holes. Stating exorbitant numbers and making big promises is always a red flag. Even if he could get us 100% profit, and its a massive if, we'd get it once and the company would fold. Who's going to do the work if they dont see any bonuses or profits? Why would you stick around if the share prize goes bonza and you cant get a pay rise? Doesn't work if you play it out, to me.
