    If you dont see anything wrong with militant shareholder action and holding companies hostage, drawing there attention and energy to things other than whatever you invested in the company for, than why did you invest in the company in the first place?

    If you've done youre due dilligence then you know what you're buying into, and if the company changes (leadership, ethos, direction, etc) and it no longer aligns with youre investment strategy then you sell out and move onto your next pick, because if youre doing this properly you should have a loooooooooong list of other shares you want to own.

    To be clear I'm not saying fraud and malpractice are ok and because thats how's its been, thats how it should be, I just think it raises alarm bells when this bloke has no industrial history other than popping up across the small cap market to cause havoc, and the way he spoke in the email certainly seemed like he was of a certain leaning with no interest in hearing or considering alternate views, which raises the question 'what solution would he be happy with?'
