I must be on the outer because I didn't get an email, maybe I don't hold enough shares or filtered out for other reason. So tell me what is it this person wants?
If I had a gripe with the way the company was going I would call up the CEO and politely blast the s#@t out of him. I certainly wouldn't sell up just because of "change".
Most shareholders passively invest, they buy and sell without looking into the workings of the company and really would not have a clue as to their shareholder rights.
I wonder if you know what your shareholder rights are, have you read the company constitution and checked out "directors powers", have you googled "directors duties", have you looked up how to call a shareholders meeting in the corporations act?
I don't know what the email sender wants but obviously has a plan and maybe the knowledge to carry in through.
