I genuinely appreciate that someone has taken the time to write and they've obviously put thought into it, I'm just not convinced the steps will provide measurable outcomes.
I believe the share price here constrained by 2 things - the sh*tty loan and the lack of faith that money from the current mining operations will hit HRZ in material amounts. I don't think there is a campaign against HRZ, but I've always believed in the saying "never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity"
