I take a different view to your words ...."they need to target the biggest culprits and take out larger names", I think exposing issues in small cap companies should be at the coal face, if evidence exists, and media attention should be at the least threatened in the first instance. I do believe directors have a duty to the company (shareholders) to make sure the share registry is clean of manipulators particularly those hiding in broker nominee companies. If HRZ share price is being manipulated by some the board should get on the front foot, expose it and report it to ASIC and tell us. By the way I think the company is progressing our gold assets well and I am very encouraged for our future.
