Agree, in my experience having gone through a few SPP's in the small cap mining space they are often not well supported and the company ends up having to go to insto's and soph's to make up the short fall anyway.
From memory the share price hit 4.4c after the CR, if any retail wanted some shares could have just picked them up on market, paying a few cents extra in the scheme of things is not a big deal. At least there weren't any free oppies getting handed out!
Company needs to focus 100% of their attention on getting Black Swan into production asap.
