REPLY TO QUERY REGARDING TRADING ACTIVITIY
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Transview Holdings Limited (the “Company”) refers to the
queries from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) on 28 September 2009,
regarding the substantial increase in the price of the Company’s shares (the “Queries”) and wishes to
respond to the Queries as follows:-
SGX query 1: “Are you aware of any information not previously announced concerning you (the
issuer), your subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the
trading?"
The Company’s Response:
The Board wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Transview Resources
Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Transview Golf & Country Club Pte Ltd), has signed a Share Placement
Agreement with Trafford Resources Limited to subscribe for 6,203,486 new ordinary shares
representing 10% of the share capital of Trafford at A$0.25 per share or a total cash consideration of
A$1,550,871.50 (approximately S$1,954,098). The details of this transaction will be disclosed in a
separate announcement.
Save as disclosed above, the Board is not aware of any information not previously announced
concerning the Company, its subsidiaries or associated companies which might explain the trading.
SGX query 2: “Are you aware of any other possible explanation for the trading?”
The Company’s Response:
The Board is not aware of any other possible explanation for the trading.
SGX query 3: “Can you confirm your compliance with the listing rules and, in particular, listing rule
703?”
The Company’s Response:
The Board confirms the Company is in compliance with the listing rules in the Listing Manual of the
SGX-ST ("the Listing Manual") and, in particular, listing rule 703 of the Listing Manual.
