Question is Why sell 10% of the company now at 25 cents a share..? They placed at 10 cents a share also. Hmmmmm what did they list at.... 1.50..?

The million seller today and then this announcement is rather suspicious imo. Its like that placement is now out of the way giving the benefactors 120% odd and now on the same day the next one begins.....bizzarre or...(well planned..?)
