it's clear there are more elephants in the ring; let the fight begin, small holders would benefit - a company with 80 cents cash backing per share { and even giving zero value to other assets} cannot sell for 36cents. a takeover bid HAS GOT TO BE HIGHER THAN CASH BACKING PER SHARE, STUPID!
