It is quite clear that Shamessian (sic) and Khouri (sic) wish to control CFE, whether they are with or against Evraz is yet to be determined.

But the reason Shamessian et al don't want the Sierra Leone purchase is it will diminish the cash box.

Sage makes overtures to Evraz to complicate the end game, if Evraz agrees we will know S and K are on their own, but my feeling is Evraz will screw a concession out od Sage to eliminate S and K, bad luck we don't have 200 mill now we could all get 400 mill!

Our answer is to buy small quantities continually in CFE to withstand the pressure-take out the bots, we know there won't be short selling therefore taking out the psuedo shorters should stop the rot
