know all about that one flem - its amber glasses actually...... I have got some and they work .....even TV can be a bother....
its to do with the colour spectrum in "light" , filtering out the ultra violet (blue) light from reaching the eyes...... its this blue part of the spectrum - the addition of, or the lack of which turns on, or turns off the production of melatonin...... you can even buy a blue light thing to sit on your table or desk to help wake you up in the morning .....all available from sleep disorder clinics.....
