What you must realise that many traders base their decisions on charts. Those that use charts on general insurers don't realise that since the performance of QBE is based on RANDOM events the charts will not provide any reasonable answers except by chance.
The last 3 years will give them information that says that whenever there appears to be a recovery in share price underway that recovery will fail. The fact that the failure is caused by a random event is ignored. One day they will be wrong!!
