3 for 7, if this all taken up it will result in a increase of 42% of the number of shares.
Add in the number of new shares to be issues under the entitlement and you have a total of 60-80% increase in the number of shares.
No wonder they have to cut the dividend in half.
Feel sorry for those holders from 12+ months ago you are now faced with no choice but to take up the 3 for 7 offer.
But then again every ASX200 company is pretty much in the same boat.
