There is plenty of day trader ramping on HC that can ultimately generate a frenzy of interest and posts and buying by the naive and influence the price - the ramper(s) then sell out at a profit under the target price they were hyping. If you need examples go back 6 months or so on the CVI and SLA threads and have a good read. The most sophisticated rampers come up with lengthy ongoing stories (which overstate the pros and never mentions the cons) to legitimise their case; and they plot a ramping plan that can last for weeks; more often than not anchored to an impending announcement.
