I see only part of your point which is it costs nothing to update shareholders with DFS funding updates, however if there is no update and DFS hasn't been funded what can they release? Your other point being Dakota having $16m in the bank is irrelevant when they have nearly 400m shares on issue. Ill let you do the calc to work out how much EMH would have in the bank if we issued another 250m shares to take us up to 400m as well.
