Hello Lost, W 8 Ben form is correct. I have a copy now, I had done everything correct except fill in this one form, which they now have told me you are unable to do online.??
Not able to claim back the US tax from the last two Dividends paid from LINK, however they did say that as the US and ATO are linked I should be able to claim the TAX back on my ATO tax return.!!!
