Hi all.
W-8Ben original must be sent back,but you will still be deducted 15%and not 30%. If it is a Super fund you will need to fill in the W-Ben E form. Extremely difficult in my opinion,possibly need an accountant or solicitor to advise. The reason I have unloaded my Super fund shares.
Also don’t expect any help from Link they are not allowed to advise you with filling in the form.
