Not quite the ultimate, OBL has potentially higher reward but after the oil slick survey PCL just about confirmed itself as the sweetheart bottom drawer play. It's not hard to see why it has so many true believers.. It's one of the few high leverage drills where it's not just about the maths to me. I'm not worried about CNOOC or Stokes, I just want Mbawa to happen. After so long a little more patience isn't going to hurt anyone.
