There has been so many great companies that have shut their doors or got sold out for peanuts. I would never forget the moment when management gave themselves bonuses while the company was burning through sheet loads of cash with no profit. I would never forget the moment when management said consolidation was meant to stop manipulation, hmmmmm look where it is now. I would never forget the moment when management said they will seek other means of funding, yup by issuing further shares with a dodgy deal with Sabby that has criminal record of doing securities fraud. Management have ruined this big time. I guess this was a big lesson for as all as it was our hard earned money that was on the line being left in the dark for far too long until the devil came out and bit our as#es. Thank you Mr John Wayne for the letter.

I fear what you say is all too often exactly what happens. Shareholders who pave the way for later success are often sidelined for larger players after serving their purpose.
