    Not real smart eagle.

    There are 1000's of small businesses, hanging by a thread.

    The mining shut-down 3 yrs ago was wages driven! The mining companies largest controllable expense, is wages.

    The unions couldn't push for higher wages, (they were at obscene levels), so they went after conditions!

    It was a national disgrace!

    The unions did the same to the car manufacturing industry. They forced wages to the point where some unskilled pleb, was getting paid over $100k a year. Of that amount, the taxpayer funded / subsidised approx $48k per worker, to keep the industry viable.
    FACT.
