Another article trying to convince holders to sell at a loss.
Interesting issue raised though - everyone seems to be focusing on the masthead brand - and the overstated demise of it's appeal. (given this is what VF is going for you'd think someone has got it wrong)
Perhaps we need to rename the company. Pick one of the upcoming brands and rename - or split each brand into a separate listed company and a separate company for the retail shops.
All the doom and gloom articles are focusing on the retail problems - but if somebody else can run a surf shop profitably then why can't BBG. And if others can't run a surf shop profitably then we'll lose all the distribution channel sales anyway.
