Imo I sincerely hope management haven't been sitting on their ass waiting 4 a resolution to this TO. They should b actively trying to come up with alternatives to at least get some leveraging power at the negotiating table. Just incase it doesn't gain a change of control agreement.Anything north of 90c & they should say where on the market & hope a bidding war ensues.
