The announcement on the 04/03/22 said GQG are in the All Ords (Top 500 listed companies). Looking at the list of top companies by market cap (I export data from filter via broking platform and filter in Excel) and excluding ETF's, GQG is currently 105th by market cap.
If you apply the criteria for entry into indexes (management holdings are excluded), Tim Carver and Rajiv Jain hold approximately 73.6% of stock. This is excluded from the calculation - therefore free float included in calculation is approx $1.25B of market cap. This puts GQG in the ASX300 - calculation is here, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%26P/ASX_200
PAC holdings come out of escrow in August, so I have excluded the 4% from the calculation.
We may still be a way off from being in the ASX100. The calculation includes ASX listed shares only and I believe over time GQG will list shares on one of the US Exchanges.
In terms of fund performance, here is the break down of each portfolio:
Performance currently indicates an increase in USD, excluding any FUM flows.
This increases further with the current AUD/USD rate, however expect changes here as it is very volatile at the moment.
