    goslan...if there was something to it I don't think they would be announcing it at the AGM ! With the new data on transaction fees migrating to $2.50 with little effect on transactions a hypothetical $3.90 bid doesn't rate with the figures I'm working with and would now need to be well past $5 to entice shareholders wouldn't you think ? I'd assume there's nothing to it and even if there was something to it then it's way, way too low to even consider or take seriously.
