I heard similar info and the same 3.90 ... if it was a bank involved (can I say who - I dont know?)
Either way - fees go up, or t/o and its a win win for the shareholders
IMO the directors have gotten the attention of the market, and now they're padding their payouts for increasing the value of the business. But that being said if they can milk it for more then they will, which again makes it good for holders.
