The big gaping giant hole in all this "Magnis didnt know" BS is that for years, Magnis had a nobel prize winner for Battery invention on its board of directors. Ole Stan Whittingham.
The story is that Frank Houllis (did he get a big payout and an NDA? he took Magnis to court) was looking for an institution to refine his graphite purification process. He got onto Binghamton and Stan. Stan introduced him to Shailesh.
The Magnis Morons latched on Shailesh's marginal BMLMP battery chemistry.
For 7 years they tried to drum up interest in BMLMP but there was none.
Long past the time to dump it and move on. Stan must have known it was garbage. He must have told the Magnis Morons. He was on the board. He is an expert. Yet they still pursued it. Scam or incredibly stupid? Probably both. All the mums and dads money lost.
