Its an interesting idea Happycats. Stumbled across this report from the Canadians who looked at the Philippine cattle industry and I think there might be a few good opportunities there.

I think Australia already exports about 20,000 odd ton of beef to the Philippines each year but this probably comprises a large proportion of low grade – manufacturing cuts to keep the price down.

BB – your half right about me – part highly urbanised thinking type, part cockie. Master of neither. Depends what day of the week you catch me. Good luck with your plan, just need a couple of 10 baggers from SUD and OBJ and you should be on your way like me to successfully losing money on cattle.
