Appreciate your contribution to the forum.

My take on the Patent Assertion Suites is that the multi million dollar outcome makes a great headline when published at the conclusion of set of suits (approximately 10 co's) AND makes a significant "one off" contribution to the bottom line. As at the end of June 2011 the per annum contribution of awarded patent licenses is about $4.5milllion.

If all of the Patent Licences are awarded (inluding those aquired from Perlgen aquisition) there will be a multi million dollar one off result and approximately $10million ongoing per annum contribution to the bottom line.
