re: warren buffet- locust plague Of all the stupid topics, but it has the chartists happy- one Warren Buffet. IN 2000 he was reported somewhere as saying that the Dow moves in 17 year cycles-17 years flat/down, then 17 years up. He pointed out that this was like the locust cycle which is also every 17 years apparently.
The last locust plague in the US was 17 years ago!!!!
(Some of us remember Oct 1987!!!!)
Do I believe any of that-no of corse not, but it will keep the chartists happy!
