Surprised that the market has responded to this announcement with caution.
Any thoughts as to what might happen now?
The way I take it is that a deal will happen shortly, and it will be for multiples of the current share price (presently <$30m). Remember that Burston isn't drawing a salary until a deal is done - not only does that tell us he's confident of doing better than the present offer, but he's heavily incentivised to do so.
Bring on the next few months!
