I have taken an interest in RMI for sometime and I am not surprised by previous mention to the capital raising. However, I am surprised to the current prospectus share price offer of 0.0025c and the offer of options included.
This is great for new investors but not for existing holders of the stock and without doubt the share price will fall. Why pay current price when you can buy them @ 0.0025c ?
In this case, current holders of the stock could purchase additional shares and add to their current holdings at a very cheap price. Other current investors may not want to purchase addtional shares and therefore will sell their current parcels which means they cannot or do not want to outlay any more money.
Or they can sell all their shares knowing they get in a whole lot cheaper.
