Found this link … tells me 2 things…1) supports what they’ve always been saying that the market for communications on the move is about to explode… and 2) whenever I see HD video on the move…there’s always a good chance that it’s Elsight… and if so, this is big… IAI, Elbit, Rafael and the IDF… global leaders in (military) tech… and ELS has previously announced a close relationship with IAI!
This article and video shows Project Carmel: a multi-year program for the development of advanced technology to upgrade the IDF’s combat vehicles. It says:
“IAI presented a platform based on the company’sfamily of autonomous systems and robotic tools, which are currently in wideoperational use in Israel and around the world. The Carmel platform proposed byIAI, combines a panoramic display, individual control screens, and a controlstick similar to a gaming console or “Xbox Joystick.” The autonomouscapabilities in the combat vehicle are operated by a central, autonomoussystem, which integrates the various components in the platform and assists thehuman operator in processing information, focusing on critical threats, andmaking effective real-time decisions. The platform is based on AI technology todetect threats, enabling effective target engagement and weapon systemmanagement as well as autonomous driving in various terrains.”
So…yes it’s been a long wait, but I’m excitedfor:
· Completion of Halo
· Paid POCs with multinationals
· And growing sales to military based on the growth in the market evidenced by this article
