CT137 - the LAMP is located in a heavy industry zone and surrounded by other chemical and industrial facilities. So in theory since it is intended to be a place for possibly offensive factories. I would consider it a less than ideal neighborhood if I lived there. So I would be planning to move to a less industrial area. Of course none of us would want any occupant of that zone setting up next door but they have to be allowed somewhere unless we want to move back to the trees and a diet of radioactive bananas ..
