ECOncrete in the OP's link is an admixture replacing 10% of the cement with a slag product, seemingly targeted only at wet locations as follows:

"A significant environmental advantage of ECOncrete® technologies is a substantial reduction of carbon footprint in all of the company’s products. This is due to two main pathways:
1) the unique properties of ECOncrete’s admix, which integrates byproducts and recycled materials,
2) biological processes including calcification by organisms such as oysters, corals and tube worms and the primary production by photosynthetic organisms through marine flora."

The first is achieved by: "ECOncrete® addresses the global need for reducing the carbon footprint of CMI by significantly reducing the amount of Portland cement in the mix compared to standard marine grade concrete. This is achieved by replacing portions of the cement with supplementary
cementitious materials (SCMs)."

The second item is achieved by "An innovative combination of bioenhancing concrete admixtures, increased micro and macro surface roughness, and unique 3D designs, enhance the growth of diverse marine plants and animals on ECOncrete® products."

This is nothing like the effects of edencrete which I don't think changes the "surface" of the concrete at all like this, and is too low a concentration to substitute out much of the carbon effect. "10% edencrete mix" would be crazy.....
