I'm sure next announcement will be substantial holder increase holding again! someone is having a good ok'd laugh that people are still dumb enough to keep giving up shares at these levels. baker Steele and Matthews have still got room and apparently inclination to take up more.
it'll be interesting to see what finally triggers the long awaited move up.
