They allowed us to do our phase 3. They would allow another right now if we asked to start it, but they dangled the EUA in front of us, saying if we want the EUA, we need agreement on assays before the next trial starts...
If Jadicell gets good results on Phase 3 before our next trial gets underway, you know they will ask for an EUA. It certainly will be interesting to see how it plays out....
