    Brokers are always rating higher than what are probable & sometimes it seems they have an interest to do so. If you like I will give you mine after reading about the water problem stagnation again & again ......that is I reckon I might get my fill at 15 cents ....with the slightest hint of bad news Oh well I guess that's the specky stocks!
