Worrying signs coming from Delfin / Babcock and Brown.
Contractors payments being held up because joint ventures between Delfin and Babcock don't have the funds to pay.
Poor form for majors, and may suggest just how bad this credit crisis is biting.
Would think LLC would fund it, but obviously not so. Lots of little people hurting.
