Hmmn, interesting. Some red tape on drilling approval could definitely throw a spanner in the works. Hopefully they are just being pre-cautionary given the spectacular blow-out.
It's comforting to know that they voted 8-0 in favour of the relief well at least.
It's also good to see that they are involving reps from Kindee Oil and Gas Louisiana to detail company plans at the next meeting. It shows that they are conducting 'open' meetings. Let's hope they keep an open mind!!
Time will tell if this is a merely a formality or another obstacle GGE must overcome.
